  • 2 teaspoons of sugar in powder

  • Mix the flour, milk, and sugar together thoroughly until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved.

Ras Malai


  • Whole-milk ricotta cheese container (15 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • White sugar, 1 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of optional rosewater.
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped pistachio nuts.
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped blanched almonds.


  • Put the chena on a dish and use your hands to mash it into a smooth, dough-like consistency.
  • Take a small amount of the chena, place it between your palms, and press it flat and round with your hands.
  • Take a pan and add 500 gms of water and 1/4 cup of sugar to it. The mixture will boil if the pan is left on a flame. Once the water has fully boiled, add all of the flat chena discs to the pan.
  • For 18 to 20 minutes, cook it. While making the rasmalai, keep the flame on medium. As the rasmalai balls boil in the water, they will grow larger. The balls of rasmalai are prepared.
  • Once the milk begins to boil, keep the pan over the burner and whisk it constantly. Pour the milk over the kesar and mewa. Once the milk has been reduced to half or 60 percent of its original volume, turn off the flame. Add cardamom and sugar to it.
  • Rasmalai should be removed from the sugar syrup, squeezed with your palms to remove any remaining water, and then placed into the milk.
  • Place it in a serving basin and top with cashews and pistachios. Serve it after allowing it to cool.



  • 550 g, of maida (flour).
  • Soya, 1.25 kg
  • Raisins, 5 tbsp.
  • 200 g of thinly sliced almonds
  • 6 tbsp. of cooking oil (keep some more aside for deep frying)
  • 200 ml of water, 500 g of sugar


  • Mix the maida with the six tablespoons of oil.
  • Now, as needed, add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • Put a moist cloth over it and set it away.
  • In a deep frying pan, cook khoya until it turns light brown.
  • Mix the khoya well after adding the sugar, almonds, and raisins.
  • Take it out of the flames and let it cool.
  • The kneaded dough is rolled out into a thin chapatti.
  • The khoya mixture should cover half of the chapati. Twist the edges inward to close the round. On a low burner, deep-fry these gujias until they are a rich, golden brown hue.
  • With the use of a sieve-style ladle, remove them, let the oil completely drain, and then serve them hot.
